Strengthening Local Elected Officials and Public Infrastructure Management

A vision for harmonious development

The “Renforcement des Élus Locaux et Gestion des Infrastructures Publiques” project aims to ensure sustainable management of essential infrastructure (schools, social medical centers and health units) in the Togolese communes concerned. Through training, awareness-raising and concrete rehabilitation actions, this project mobilizes local players to improve living conditions for communities in the long term.

Strengthening institutional capacities

Train local elected officials in the efficient management and maintenance of infrastructure to ensure its longevity.

Mobilizing educational communities

Support parent-teacher associations to play an active role in monitoring and ensuring the sustainability of school infrastructure.

Improving public infrastructure

Rehabilitate schools, CMS and USP while installing fodder for access to drinking water.

Promoting hygiene and awareness

Organize campaigns for students and communities on hygiene practices and infrastructure preservation.
